The Hofgut Hermersberg farm has watched the passing of centuries of history. The hard work that was carried out there is quickly forgotten at first sight of this blessed place. We too have loved this idyllic spot since we first saw it above the Kochertal at Niedernhall. Since 1985 we have had the enormous pleasure of running this historic farm in accordance with the guidelines of the Demeter association. Why don’t you drop by and enjoy this spot and its natural beauty?

The glorious Hohenlohe landscape gives our commitment to natural agriculture a wonderful framework. Out of respect for our nature, for the people of the region and for you as our customers, we produce and sell healthy, high-quality food here. This region still has a good feeling for sustainability; there are many Demeter producers located in Hohenlohe. With Hofgut Hermersberg we are delighted to be able to continue this tradition and continue it into the future.
Farm shop with historic charm.
Our delightful farm shop is always worth a visit. Here you will find Demeter bakery products from our on-farm bakery and the delectable, traditionally-baked wood-fired bread from our unique historic bakehouse. Several times a year we are able to offer Demeter beef from our Hermersberg pasture-raised cattle. We would be pleased to take your pre-order for this tender premium meat with its intense flavour.
And to round off your happy shopping experience, we have also curated a great range of other specialities and care products. Our partner producers and suppliers come from the area and all represent outstanding organic quality.
